Service Change

Users have the facility to changeover from a Radio-Link to Leased Line connectivity. However, a minimum 3 months period would be required to be given to ERNET India to facilitate the changeover. For this changeover, registration charges afresh will not be payable by the user. However, all other charges, if any, will be payable by the user. In case of upgradation of the bandwidth of existing service differential cost will be charged from the user.
